Setting up an Authentication Source in API Management

When using the Gateway or a Provider authentication type on an runtime or runtime cluster, you must set up an Authentication Source in API Management.

Before you begin

On the Shared Web Server panel within  Integration, select Advanced as the API Type and Gateway for the Authentication Type.

Procedure

1. Add an Authentication Source.

2. Add an authentication source to an API.

3. Create an application.

4. Authorize an API to create an API Key for it.
